AI Assistant
Buddy is built into the traffic, sales and production screens you already use. Ask in plain English, or hand it a document, and it does the setup work that used to take hours.
Describe an hour in plain words, or upload a clock sheet, PDF, spreadsheet or photo from your previous traffic system. Buddy builds the clock, and nothing is saved until you approve the preview.
Click Contract with BB on an account, describe the order or upload the order document, check the schedule preview beside the conversation, and save it as a draft contract.
Give Buddy written instructions, such as "fill any empty slots with promos", and each log built automatically is reviewed against them and fixed where it can be before you open it.
Write a rule in plain English, such as "flag any time the same advertiser runs back-to-back", and matching entries on the log are highlighted for everyone working that station.
Ask how something works and Buddy answers from the help center and names the guide it used. It also takes quick notes, logs calls and activities, and looks up client and contract details.
Radio Workflow publishes an MCP server, so any AI assistant that supports MCP can answer questions about your accounts, logs, proposals and overdue invoices. It sees only what you can see.
Traffic Management

Drag spots between breaks and see separation, daypart, length and copy problems counted in the sidebar. Bump spots with a click, place them back from the Bumped list, and restore any earlier version of the log from History.
Set a Ready By time and each day's logs are built from your clocks and booked contracts, with network spots imported first if you choose, and a build report emailed to you. A date that already has a log is never overwritten.

A small Windows and Mac app that runs unattended at the station. Every minute it delivers locked logs to your automation system and sends the as-aired log back. On Windows it can also dub commercial audio straight in, including direct cart imports into WideOrbit.
